Já sente as dificuldades, mas mesmo assim acha que isso é sinal de vida boa.

Se essa é vida que você quer levar, a escolha é sua.

Mas eu gosto de viver a vida, de sair, de andar, fazer exercício, ver a natureza, amigos.

Eu ganho saúde de todos os lados, vivo sem dores físicas.

Uma Dica: Seja feliz da forma que você acha correto.

Segunda Dica: A partir do momento que você ver que sua saúde está sendo prejudicada, então muda tudo. Pois é sinal de que tem alguma coisa errada.

Is this the life you want?
Longer feel the difficulties, but still think this is a sign of the good life.
If this is life you want to lead, the choice is yours.

But I like to live life, to leave, to walk, exercise, see nature, friends.
I gain health from all sides, live without physical pain.
